Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

A Senior MEP Engineer leads the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex construction projects. They ensure compliance with standards, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff. A Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, and strong technical knowledge of HVAC/systems are required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
