Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience, to join our engineering consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in electrical building services design and proven consultancy experience in Dubai.

Important Requirements (Must be clearly read before applying):

• Minimum 7+ years of Electrical Design experience
• Dubai experience is mandatory (non-negotiable)
• Must have previous experience working in engineering consultancy firms only (Consultancy background required)
• DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer is preferred/required
• Strong expertise in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Solid knowledge of ELV systems and electrical building services design

Responsibilities:

• Design of electrical building services systems including power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems (ICT, Security, Fire Alarm, BMS, Telecom, Audio Visual, Energy Management Systems)
• Prepare design calculations, load schedules, SLDs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Develop coordinated electrical design drawings using Revit (MEP)
• Participate in design coordination and progress meetings
• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, RTA, and Dubai authority standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and consultants
