Senior Electrical Engineer - substation

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the erection, installation, and commissioning of EHV substation equipment (220kV/132kV/33kV).
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, protection relays, transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during site execution.
• Supervise site teams and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in EHV substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of erection, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• 132/33kv: 6 years (Required)
• EHV substation equipment.: 6 years (Required)
