Senior Electrician

Job description:

The senior electrician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, fixtures & quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training certification is preferred.

He should join immediately with a cancelled visa or visit visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in single-phase and three-phase, including installation, removal, testing, and commissioning.

Knowledge of electrical equipment installation and maintenance, particularly meter panels, distribution boards, and protection devices.

Ability to work on low- and high-current voltage systems (single-phase, 2-phase, and 3-phase).

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and metering layouts.

Installation and maintenance of wiring, circuit breakers, MCB, MCCB, DBs, isolators, and meter boards in compliance with standards.

Experience in conduiting, piping, cable pulling, junction box fixing, coring, and drilling.

Conducting inspections of electrical panels, metering units, and circuit breakers to ensure compliance and safety.

Troubleshooting and resolving metering faults, wiring issues, and power quality problems using testing devices.

Repairing or replacing existing and new meters, devices, wiring, equipment, or fixtures using appropriate hand tools and power tools.

Ensuring all work is performed in line with UAE state/local regulations and National Electric Code standards.

AMI/Smart Meter project experience will be given strong preference.

A valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage during selection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
