Senior Email Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will work with property and departmental leadership in the development and execution of all email marketing programs. This position will be responsible for coordinating and/or developing all necessary items to deploy an email campaign and be responsible for the optimization and measurement of their overall success.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Primary Tasks:

Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate email development projects including content, graphic design, web, social, segmentation and analytics

Manage email marketing and messaging content calendar; coordinate and prioritize marketing activities across multiple concurrent campaigns

Develop and execute email marketing and messaging strategies

Build, optimize, and measure the performance of email marketing campaigns

Ensure email marketing automation programs are consistent with brand standards and in line with industry best practices

Monitor and maintain an excellent IP reputation

Participate in the campaign QA process, including proofreading, email rendering, and audience validation

Perform duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Associate degree and one [1] year experience in working with email campaigns, OR [3] years of directly related experience in lieu of education .
combination of education and experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, analyze data and make sound recommendations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information
Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred
