🔑 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Lead plant performance monitoring and heat rate control.
• Conduct periodic performance testing (processes, equipment, condenser, air pre-heater, fans, pumps, heaters).
• Perform heat and mass balance, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics calculations for power generation processes.
• Identify performance gaps, develop mitigation plans, and present business cases to management.
• Monitor fuel reconciliation, auxiliary power consumption, and overall process compliance.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective measures.
• Drive continuous improvement through new technologies, digitalization, and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or related field).
• Experience: 7–10 years in operation and performance monitoring in thermal power plants (10–12 years preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of power plant systems, equipment, and processes.
• Expertise in performance calculations using modern software tools.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise performance reports.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
