Your impact

• Work as Process Engineer to support the Lead Process Engineer and also work independently in providing inputs on ongoing projects (UK, MiddleEast/ APAC/US)
• Work GID projects across all regions and on Domestic if required
• Support on bids and proposals for process related part experience- Design of Treatment plant -water treatment, municipal sewage, WWTP, ETP/ WTP effluent, RO /ZLD systems
• Basic Calculations, process modeling, PFDS/ P&IDs, Cost estimation of treatment works.
• Desalination experience will be advantageous (not desirable).
• Process Design & Optimization
• Develop and refine process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for
• water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Evaluate and optimize treatment processes (e.g., Biofilter, activated sludge, anaerobic digestion,
• nutrient removal) for performance and efficiency.
• Technical Evaluation & Feasibility Studies
• Conduct technical assessments of existing infrastructure and proposed upgrades.
• Support feasibility studies for new treatment technologies and process improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Liaise with internal teams to align process design with project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and technical workshops.
• Regulatory Compliance & Standards
• Ensure process designs comply with UK water industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Incorporate best practices from industry guidelines (e.g., WIMES, WRc standards).
• Project Delivery Support o Provide process engineering input during all project phases—from concept design to detailed engineering and commissioning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports, process calculations, and documentation for internal and client use. Key Software Tools Aspen HYSYS, Biowin/SUMO, Autocad, Bluebeam Revu, MS Office.
  
  
  

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical/Environmental / Civil)
• M.Tech- Enviroment/Chemical / Water resources.
• Experience- Design of Treatment plant -water treatment, municipal sewage, WWTP, ETP/ WTP effluent, RO /ZLD systems
• Basic Calculations, process modeling, PFDS/ P&IDs, Cost estimation of treatment works,
