About Us:
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is developing The Foresta, a premium hospitality project located in Paud, Mulshi. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer (Construction) to lead on-site civil and structural works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and prepare progress reports.
• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and timely delivery of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in site execution, preferably in hospitality, resort, or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle site independently and manage multiple contractors.
