Senior Erection Supervisor

We are looking for The Precast Erection Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site activities related to the erection of precast concrete elements such as columns, beams, walls, slabs, and staircases. The role ensures that installation work is performed safely, accurately, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Requirements

• Supervise and control precast concrete erection activities at site
• Ensure erection works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate crane operations, rigging activities, and erection sequencing on site
• Lead and manage erection crews, riggers, and equipment operators
• Monitor site readiness, access, and lifting arrangements prior to erection.
• Report progress, constraints, and site issues to the Erection engineer to erection
• Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion of works

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant Experience specifically in precast erection supervising.
• Experience in supervising of multi-storey precast structures, bridges, or industrial buildings preferred.
