About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior ERP Business Analyst to join our Implementation Team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, managing ERP deployments, coordinating between clients and developers, and ensuring smooth adoption of ERP solutions across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements clearly to stakeholders, developers, and testing teams.
• Assess feasibility and impact of proposed ERP solutions from a business perspective.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical/support teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Provide client-side training, implementation, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
• Manage onsite software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Conduct technical demos and walkthroughs for clients and internal sales teams.
• Troubleshoot ERP and application issues (both online/offline) and track them through to resolution.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., developers or QA).
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports of client interactions and project progress.
• Help end users adapt to new solutions and manage organizational change effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and client support
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into ERP workflows
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing and understanding queries)
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance to clients

Desired Skills

• ERP functional expertise (any major ERP platform)
• Experience providing end-user training and client onboarding
• Good understanding of accounts and business operations
• Prior experience in software installation and customer success

Education

• Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / IT / or related field
• Certification or coursework in Business Analysis or ERP Systems will be an advantage
