Job Title: Senior ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Functional Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between operational teams and ERP customization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless ERP implementation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to assess existing workflows and identify operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective functional configurations within Odoo modules, including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Customize and configure Odoo workflows to align with specific user requirements and business processes.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and develop clear, concise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in change management to ensure smooth ERP rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Odoo.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping, gap analysis, and system integration.
• Excellent English communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with both regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
