Principal/Staff Software Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics Consultant with at least 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the various modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and possess a proven track record of successful implementations, customizations, and optimizations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Technologies: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Frameworks

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with in-depth knowledge of various modules, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources
  • Strong proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 through configuration, workflows, business rules, and plugins
  • Extensive experience with data migration, integration tools, and third-party application integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, etc
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset and ability to think strategically about business processes and technology solutions
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Design, configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 modules to address specific business processes, workflows, and functionalities
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and innovative solutions related to MS Dynamics 365 across various modules
  • Configure, develop and deliver MS Dynamics 365/NAV/ Business Central software and components in all functional and technical areas
  • Perform data migration, integration, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth transition and accuracy of data within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 applications
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with existing systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, features, and updates within the MS Dynamics ecosystem to provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL)
  • Experience integrating with web technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and web sockets
