Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of D365 modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central.
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis with stakeholders.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and solution blueprints.
- Support system configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Work with technical consultants and developers on integrations and customizations.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Ensure solution aligns with best practices and Microsoft standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (or similar role).
- Strong understanding of one or more D365 modules:
- D365 Sales / Customer Service / Field Service
- OR D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / Business Central
- Experience with requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of integrations, workflows, and security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
