Senior Escrow Officer

Company Overview:
We are a growing title company seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Texas team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, fast turn times, and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Open, process, and close residential and/or commercial escrow transactions in compliance with Texas regulations

· Review title commitments, lender instructions, purchase agreements, and closing documents

· Balance files, prepare CDs/settlement statements, and disburse funds accurately

· Coordinate with lenders, Realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys

· Ensure compliance with TDI, RESPA, and company policies

· Maintain detailed file notes and documentation within escrow software

· Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the closing process

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of escrow/title experience preferred

· Texas Escrow Officer License required or ability to obtain

· Strong understanding of closing documents, title policies, and state regulations

· Proficient in escrow software (Qualia, RamQuest, ResWare, etc.)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary Range: $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience + closing volume)
