Senior Estimation and Tendering Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Tendering and Estimation Executive specializing in Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil & Gas / Engineering, his role in preparing submissions for RFP, RFQ, strategize be competitive in bids and estimates for all kinds of waste management infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Work experience with diverse stakeholder, such as, OEMs, JV partners, and Consultants on various Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil & Gas / Engineering projects in the GCC region.
• Support the development of commercial proposals, including Contracts, Technical Narratives, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, whilst ensuring that commercial including safety risks are mitigated.
• Lead proactively on the submission of tenders, create the database of tendering documents such as methodologies, manpower, materials, machineries and equipment requirements.
• Ability to meet the challenging timelines in submitting the successful tenders.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering (Master Degree in Engineering is preferred).

Experience: Previous 3 to 5 years’ experience in tendering, estimation, planning or project management within Infrastructure/ Waste sector / Oil & Gas / Engineering.

Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical and writing skills for accurate cost estimation, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Projects (Primavera knowledge is preferred).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
