SENIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and project evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in pricing strategies
• Support management in tender negotiations and project awarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in estimation engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and market rates
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office (Primavera/AutoCAD is a plus)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
