QS Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team at a reputable contracting company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Monitor project budgets, progress, and cost control
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) based on structural drawings
• Review and prepare BOQ using AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• QUANTITY SURVEYOR: 2 years (Preferred)
