Senior Estimator

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator with strong experience in UAE civil building construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate must have worked with a Main Contractor in the UAE and handled large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, villas, and commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil construction projects.
2. Conduct quantity take-offs and review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
3. Analyze subcontractor quotations, evaluate proposals, and prepare comparison sheets.
4. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for accurate pricing.
5. Monitor market trends, update cost databases, and ensure competitive pricing.
6. Perform value engineering and cost-saving analysis without compromising quality.
7. Review post-tender clarifications and negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers.
8. Provide support to management in project bidding, tender negotiations, and final cost approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (mandatory).
2. Minimum 12+ years of estimation experience in Civil Building Construction.
3. Proven UAE experience with Main Contractors (high-rise/villas/commercial projects).
4. Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractors.
5. Proficiency in estimation software/tools and MS Office (Excel, AutoCAD preferred).
6. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
