Senior Estimator-Contracting

Job Title: Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and subcontractor inquiries for pricing.
• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive quotations.
• Assess project risks, constraints, and opportunities while estimating.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, cash flow projections, and pricing strategies for tender submissions.
• Support project managers and the commercial team in post-tender clarifications and contract negotiations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, construction methods, and material costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in estimation within a contracting or construction company.
• Strong knowledge in Civil Contracting or Construction Company.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
