Role Overview – Senior Producer
The Senior Producer will lead production for Fever Originals, managing large-scale live events, permanent attractions, and immersive experiences. The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and budget management. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams across creative, technical, and operational domains and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance Fever experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of event/project production: pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution.
* Develop and manage production budgets, optimize resources, and identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving measures.
* Collaborate with creative directors, technical leads, designers, producers, and external partners.
* Manage vendors and service providers throughout planning and execution.
* Support venue relations, launch planning, and compliance with permits, insurance, and local regulations.
* Source and manage construction consultants for venue remediation and permanent installations.
* Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring schedules are met.
* Prepare operational documentation: life safety plans, emergency procedures, SOPs, signage.
* Source, hire, and manage local staffing agencies; train event staff and management.
* Oversee operational supplies and day-to-day production activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables.
* Maintain documentation, communication, and on-ground oversight of installations.
* Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contracts.
* Work across multiple time zones as needed.
Qualifications
* 7+ years experience in live events and/or experience production industry.
* Proven track record in live events, immersive experiences, or permanent attractions.
* Professional fluency in English; other languages a plus.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in vendor negotiations, budget management, permitting, and production rules/regulations.
* Understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication knowledge.
* Ability to manage teams and provide guidance.
* Strong network of vendors and venues.
* Curious, innovative, and quick learner.
* Collaborative, hands-on, solution-focused, and culturally adaptable.
