Accounting for Receivables and Payables in SAP

 Accounting of Customer claims for discounts and offers

 Maintaining accounts receivable data and records

 Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

 Monitoring Invoicing procedures

 Monitoring collection – refer overdue accounts for collection

 Preparing various MIS

 Communicate with Sales Team for overdue payments and pending marketing claims

 Processing credit notes, travel claims, vendor invoices

 Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits

 Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how

collection efforts are progressing

 Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting

 Knowledge of taxes - GST and filing of Returns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
