Job Summary/Purpose:
Oversee and coordinate advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to ensure effective media execution, enhance customer experience, and support overall brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide input to the Manager in developing annual budgets and strategies and ensure effective implementation of the assigned strategic initiatives to achieve the Strategic Plan.
2. Contribute to developing the annual advertising and promotion schedule and ensure that all promotions and offers have the necessary licenses from the Ministry of Commerce.
3. Oversee implementation of approved media plans and special campaigns with advertising agencies, ensuring timely completion of all Lexus New and Certified Cars advertising activities. Reconcile monthly media expenses with the budget.
4. Proofread advertising and marketing materials, make necessary corrections, and submit for approval.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations for promotional activities. Verify proper installation of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) in showrooms.
6. Ensure the vehicle catalogs and specifications are consistent across all channels, both online and offline, and align with the overall marketing and branding efforts.
7. Collaborate with the social media team to enhance digital customer experience and implement the approved media Plan. Create and manage social media content and website updates.
8. Supervise the Omotenashi project, arrange to conduct surveys, and implement improvements based on surveys.
9. Supervise logistics for special events, including booking venues, managing displays, coordinating with event management companies, and following up on event requests after necessary approvals.
10. Select and manage inventory of promotional gifts, ensuring stock availability and timely distribution.
11. Prepare monthly reports for Lexus campaigns and attend international calls, summarizing discussions and following up on requests.
12. Develop and enforce branding guidelines for Accessories, ensuring proper visual merchandising and communication across locations.
13. Conduct site visits to collect feedback from sales and service teams and compile a summary of issues and recommendations.
14. Review processes/activities, recommend improvements, and follow up on implementation.
