  • Key responsibilities

· Recruitment and Staffing:

o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to making offers for both teaching and non-teaching positions.

o Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs and help create job descriptions.

· Onboarding and Employee Relations:

o Conduct staff orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

o Address staff queries and employee relations issues, and mediate conflicts.

o Support the institution's professional development and staff welfare policies.

· Compensation and Benefits:

o Administer payroll and benefits packages, such as health insurance.

o Support annual compensation reviews and manage performance appraisals.

· Compliance and Administration:

o Ensure adherence to all labor laws and education-specific regulations.

o Maintain employee records and databases, and handle HR-related documentation.

· Performance and Development:

o Oversee performance management systems, including annual reviews.

o Identify training needs and help implement development programs.

· Policy and Culture:

o Help develop and implement HR policies that align with the school's values and mission.

o Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Note: PG required for the below department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
