Senior Executive– Branding

The Branding Operations role supports the hospital’s brand by executing branding initiatives with speed, accuracy, and consistency across all touchpoints. This position is ideal for a hands-on branding professional who understands hospital environments and can independently manage branding execution while working closely with internal teams and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Execution & Consistency

  • Execute branding activities in line with the hospital’s brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Ensure consistency across all branding materials including print, digital, signage, and on-ground assets
  • Support updates and maintenance of brand templates and assets

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Coordinate branding support for clinical departments, OPDs, IPDs, and outreach programs
  • Assist in branding for new doctor onboarding, service launches, and specialty promotions
  • Translate inputs from medical teams into clear, patient-friendly communication

Internal & On-Ground Branding

  • Support internal branding initiatives, hospital events, and employee communication
  • Ensure branding visibility across hospital premises including signages, standees, displays, uniforms, and patient areas
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain brand hygiene within the hospital

Vendor & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with creative, print, signage, and production vendors
  • Ensure timely execution, quality output, and adherence to approved designs
  • Support cost control and basic vendor documentation

Digital & Collateral Support

  • Assist with branding support for website updates, social media creatives, and digital campaigns
  • Manage inventory of brochures, posters, forms, and branding materials
  • Ensure correct usage of logos, colours, and messaging across platforms

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain execution trackers, timelines, and basic reports
  • Escalate risks, delays, or quality concerns proactively


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in branding and brand operations
  • Good understanding of hospital / healthcare branding
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Good communication skills with doctors, vendors, and internal teams



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing operations
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, or regulated sectors preferred
  • Experience working with agencies, printers, and production vendors
