Senior Executive- Branding & Media

Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Branding & Media will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring brand-building initiatives and media strategies to strengthen brand visibility, consistency, and market presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities - Branding

• Support development and execution of brand strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and partners
• Coordinate branding activities for product launches, campaigns, and events
• Conduct brand audits and track brand performance metrics

Media & Communications

• Plan and execute media campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast platforms
• Coordinate with media agencies for planning, buying, and performance tracking
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on reach, impressions, and ROI
• Support PR activities including press releases, media briefs, and interviews
• Manage content calendars for digital platforms in coordination with creative teams

Coordination & Analysis

• Liaise with internal teams (creative, digital, sales) and external vendors
• Track budgets and ensure cost-effective media spends
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations
• Stay updated on branding, media, and market trends

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of branding principles and media planning
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation abilities
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing

Experience

• 4 –6 years of experience in branding, media, or marketing communications
• Experience working with media agencies or brand campaigns (Hospital experience prefered)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
