Job Title: Senior Executive – Compliance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Compliance to ensure smooth execution of statutory and business-critical compliance activities, including licensing, regulatory filings, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves close interaction with internal teams and government authorities to ensure seamless compliance operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle online applications and renewals for FSSAI and other business licenses .
  • Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of weighing machines across business sites.


Documentation & Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate and structured records for licenses, legal notices, contracts, and statutory registers in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure version control and easy retrieval of records.


Tracker & MIS Management:

  • Maintain trackers for agreements, litigation, licenses, and compliance deliverables.
  • Prepare and update MIS reports related to labour and business laws.


Liaisoning & Coordination:

  • Liaise with government authorities (Labour Office, FSSAI, etc.) for licensing, inspections, returns, and handling notices.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, due diligence, and documentation workflows.


Support to Legal & Business Teams:

  • Manage execution workflows including stamping, scanning, and document sign-offs.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations and compliance reports for leadership review.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings, FSSAI licensing , and basic legal documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance activities within defined timelines.
