Senior Executive – Customer Receivables and Collection

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for making sure payments from corporate clients are received on time. This includes following up regularly, visiting clients when needed, checking records to avoid revenue loss, reducing pending payments, and preparing basic Excel reports to help management make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections and follow-up activities for assigned corporate accounts
• Conduct regular follow-up through calls, emails, and on-site visits to ensure timely payments
• Perform corporate client visits for payment recovery, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
• Monitor receivables ageing and actively work on higher ageing buckets to reduce overdue balances
• Ensure revenue assurance by identifying gaps, leakages, and discrepancies in billing and collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice, billing, and payment differences
• Prepare and share Excel-based reports including ageing analysis, collection status, visit tracking, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain Excel trackers and dashboards for corporate collections and
• revenue monitoring
• Follow up on advance payments, short payments, and outstanding balances
• Escalate high-risk or chronic defaulter accounts as per company policy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, credit policies, and revenue assurance
• procedure

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue assurance, corporate accounts, or collections
• Hands-on experience in handling corporate clients and conducting field visits
• Strong command of advanced MS Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS,
• COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, ageing analysis)
• Familiarity with ERP/Billing systems and data extraction into Excel
