Senior Executive - Dealer Development - Automotive

Main Responsibilities
  • Dealer clinics/Operations audits - Dealer visits to suggest and implement changes required to achieve higher dealer standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development - Identify potential opportunities to increase the workshop revenue and manage the development of new system and process to tap the potential opportunities.
  • Identify areas of improvement in facility, layout, comfort, system and operations.
  • Time & Motion study - Dealer visits to enable the candidate to measure, analyze and propose countermeasures for improving workshop productivity and vehicle movement lines.
  • Non Technical Training - To enhance service advisor and other service related staff operational & interpersonal skills in line with Standard Service Transactions.
  • Market Research - Keeping the company updated on competition activities which includes mystery shopping.
  • Service Marketing - Printing of brochures, fabricating POS items, coordination with distributors, supporting distributors in their local service promotion activities.

Experience and Skills
  • 3 - 5 yrs Experience in automotive industry with hardcore role in service area
