Senior Executive/ Executive Engineering Store

Job Summary:

The incumbent is required to supervise the warehouse operations of Engineering store of S-29 Facility, having basic understanding of handling/storage of engineering spares & consumable items & their inventory management protocols that are being followed in Pharmaceutical Industry as well. He should have hand on experience of warehouse operations & can supervise the team along with individual task compilation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stake holder management at his level & coordination with Procurement, Engineering & Store teams accordingly.
• Receiving of Engineering spare items, and GRN of received materials.
• Issuance of engineering items as per work order notification & inventory reconciliation of ERSA, UNBW and store's consumables.
• Cycle count of the existing inventory on annual or need basis.
• Responsible to coordinate with Procurement & other stake holders for timely receiving of items in the store.
• Responsible to prepare relevant SOPs & training to his delegates.
• Responsible to follow the compliance & protocols as per management policy.
• Ensure timely issuance of parts/items as per request of engineering team & maintain the records of the store.
• Assist the warehouse teams of all the engineering store & maintain cordial relations within the team, and should be able to lead the team & assign tasks.

Key Requirements:

The candidate must have/be

• a minimum qualification of bachelors, B-Tech, or relevant qualification
• a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant work experience in the Pharma industry
• SAP Knowledge & proficient user, and command in MS Office.
• Relevant Job Knowledge (Handling of engineering store)
