Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage sales goals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory control, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves ensuring the store's overall success through operational efficiency and effective team management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills to foster relationships with customers and team members.
• Proven experience in Store Management, including staff supervision and operational oversight.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry is an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
