Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxation activities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of GST, TDS, income tax returns, and all other statutory filings
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting operations
- Lead and coordinate both internal and external audits; ensure all audit requirements are met efficiently
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to accounting systems, tools, and procedures
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior finance staff including training and performance monitoring
- Liaise effectively with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external/internal stakeholders
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, tax laws, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
