Job Title : Senior Executive-HR
Ø Purpose of Position
-
To Identify & evaluate organizational staffing & recruitment needs & provide recruitment expertise to handle recruitment at all levels in diversified business & geographical spread over including bulk recruitment for project contracts across business & region, through a seamless recruitment & selection process

To manage, control & administer the recruitment, selection & onboarding activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication & coordination with internal & external customers.
Ø Major Responsibilities
-
Provide support to the line managers in identifying staffing needs & solutions.
-
Advice about the most appropriate recruitment channel such as job portals, recruitment agencies and internal references headhunters etc. Including staffing through outsourcing manpower solution providers.

Drive the regional implementation of recruitment process & applicant tracking system.
-
Regional coordination of specialized recruitments & Selection programs to support growth agenda.
-
Lead innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs.
-
Market mapping of talent and maintaining database.
-
To participate actively in the implementation of strong internal referral program, the best use of website & advertisement posting.

To contribute to successfully the full life cycle of recruitment process; Job description design, candidate profiling, screening & selection including profile report.

Salary Preparation & negotiation with the candidates & assist regional HRs for same

Employment processes life cycle management at Transactional level such as employee creation in database, appointment letter etc.

Planning procedures for improving the candidate’s experience.

The position is in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Ensure employee smooth onboarding and Induction.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
-
Participate and coordinate for any HR initiative undertaken by the Regional HR/Manager/organization.

Employee engagement initiatives to increase employee positive experience, productivity, and retention rates.

Ensure timely response and resolution of employee queries.
Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
-
Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health safety and environment and workmen employment.

Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/ her Region/Location/Team

Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety at their own, colleagues and others working surroundings.

Responsible for reporting promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health Safety and Environment
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

To achieve & monitor recruitments across the region & timely submission of MIS & report
- Timely provide suitable CVs to the Business line function

Monitor & Control turnaround time of recruitment life cycle

Follow & deliver against the deadline
Ø Qualification and Experience
-
MBA in HR with minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition of Technical & non-technical roles.

In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
-
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
-
Should have the experience of HR MIS generation and knowledge of HRIS.
