Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and leadership hiring.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, employee experience, and retention strategies.
- Oversee PMS, goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement.
- Drive training, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and HR audits.
- Attendance management and leave administration.
- Compliance management, ensuring adherence to all labour laws and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the HR team for efficient HR service delivery.
- Handle exit process, attrition control, and full & final settlement.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience is required.
