Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and leadership hiring.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, employee experience, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee PMS, goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement.
  • Drive training, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and HR audits.
  • Attendance management and leave administration.
  • Compliance management, ensuring adherence to all labour laws and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team for efficient HR service delivery.
  • Handle exit process, attrition control, and full & final settlement.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
