Job Title: Senior Executive – HR

Position Summary
The Senior Executive – HR is responsible for managing and overseeing human resources operations with a strong focus on HR administration and payroll. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with Indian labour laws, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Oversee payroll processing, verification, and coordination to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with management.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and labour inspections when required.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior HR staff and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations and payroll.
Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and Indian labour laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR / payroll systems.
