Job Title: Senior Executive – Human Resources

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Industry: Doors Manufacturing or Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding.

 Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data with accuracy and

confidentiality.

 Support monthly payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for statutory

deductions (PF, ESIC, PT).

 Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and company HR policies.

 Coordinate performance management, appraisal cycles, and training initiatives.

 Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive and professional work

environment.

 Execute employee engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention.

 Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and manpower analytics for management.

 Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and policy implementation.

 Assist HR Manager in audits, vendor management, and other strategic HR projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or

related field.

 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or corporate

environments.

 Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT,

LWF).

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports) and HRMS tools.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling employee concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹219,508.19 - ₹834,936.44 per year
