JSW Sports is looking for a Senior Executive - HR in Bengaluru.
Role Overview
The individual will support day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives for JSW Sports Entities, acting as the first point of contact for team members and managers. The role will work closely with senior HR leadership to implement HR processes, ensure compliance, and enhance employee experience on the ground.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, people skills, and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management

Support
end-to-end employee lifecycle
activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, including documentation, induction, and system updates.

Manage exit processes, full-and-final coordination, and exit documentation.
Recruitment & Staffing Support

Support recruitment activities for different roles including interview coordination, offer documentation, and joining follow-ups.

Assist hiring managers with recruitment logistics and onboarding readiness.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the
first-level HR contact
for team members.

Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits.

Support employee engagement initiatives, townhalls, celebrations, and on-ground HR activities.

Assist in handling employee grievances and escalations in coordination with senior HRBPs.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee data and records on HR systems (e.g., ZingHR or equivalent).

Support statutory compliance requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law documentation.

Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for compliance and audits.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes at the site.
Performance & People Processes

Support performance management cycles, feedback processes, and documentation.

Assist with training coordination and learning initiatives.

Help roll out HR initiatives and policies communicated by central HR.
Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with business managers, admin, finance, and central HR teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.

Provide regular updates and reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and HR metrics.
Candidate Profile
Required
-
1–3 years of experience in HR operations / HRBP / generalist roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High ownership and ability to work independently on-site.

Good understanding of HR operations and basic labour law compliance.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
