We are looking for an experienced and analytical professional to join our Industrial Engineering team as Sr. Executive – Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving productivity improvements, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources across production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process optimization initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Conduct detailed time and motion studies to establish standard times, balance production lines, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement methods to improve labor productivity, minimize idle time, and ensure optimal machine and manpower utilization.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality departments to resolve process bottlenecks and maintain smooth production flow.
• Prepare capacity analysis, efficiency reports, and performance dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
• Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Train and guide junior IE team members in methods improvement and industrial engineering tools.
• Contribute to strategic planning for layout optimization, resource planning, and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within a textile or apparel manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in IE tools and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or productivity improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
