Senior Executive Maintenance

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing on time maintenance and support to the Sterile and Biotech facilities. The candidate will plan & perform corrective, preventive, predictive and reliability maintenance to minimize unplanned down times of equipment in conformity with cGMP & EHS Compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Good Engineering practices in sterile & biotech area during machine maintenance activities and meet targets of OEE for Sterile & Biotech equipment.
• Develop strategy with the support of store team for the critical parts availability all the time applying min/max approach.
• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment and provide maximum support till satisfactory operational run.
• Ensure data collection and analysis of Sterile & Biotech areas and discuss gaps for process improvements with line manager.
• Develop plan and maintain Sterile & Biotech facilities including its ancillary equipment of technical area for the readiness of Internal & External Audits.
• Directly involve in the routine corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Training of machine operators for troubleshooting of Sterile & Biotech machines.
• Responsible to maintain back up spares which can be fabricated in Engineering Workshop.
• Ensure company safety procedures and maintenance of high standard of cleanliness as per the standard protocols.
• Coordinate with other sections like HVAC for area requalification and maintenance activities.
• Responsible to prepare and maintain all maintenance documents, and close notifications and PM orders on SAP PM Module.

Key Requirements

• a B.E Mechanical degree
• a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant work experience (preferably Pharma or FMCG experience)
• Sound technical knowledge of Pharma Equipment, specifically sterile area, and sound knowledge of SAP PM module & MS Office.
• Excellent Communication, presentation skills, and adept at Statistical Data Analysis.
• Sound Knowledge of Predictive and Reliability Maintenance, and of OEE, MTTR & MTBF of Equipment.
