Senior Executive - Marketing & Sales

The Junior Executive will support both marketing and sales efforts. From managing digital channels to handling initial guest inquiries and assisting in partnerships, you’ll be hands-on in execution while learning the ropes of hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

Handle first-level inquiries from OTAs, WhatsApp, and calls.

Assist in B2B outreach: event managers, corporates, travel agents.

Maintain CRM/log of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Support in organizing property visits for high value prospects.

2. Marketing Execution

Publish daily content on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Support in reels, posts, and digital campaigns.

Update OTA listings with correct info, pricing, and photos, working with teams.

Assist with paid ad campaigns and analytics.

3. Customer Experience & Reviews

Ensure prompt replies to reviews and online queries with approval of management.

Collect and document guest testimonials for marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
