Senior Executive - Omni Channel Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination with retail stores to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Timely processing of omni channel orders with strict adherence to TAT.
  • Follow-up with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage SPF claims and ensure timely dispute closures related to omni channel orders.
  • Work closely with the tech team to resolve order processing issues.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to reduce errors and delays.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement for better store-to-customer fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in omni channel or e-commerce operations.
  • Prior experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and OMS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.
