Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Executive – PPC Ads to drive high-quality leads through paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, specializing in lead generation strategies, conversion optimization, and audience targeting. This role requires a data-driven approach to maximize lead volume and quality while maintaining a profitable CPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to attract high-intent leads.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Set up and manage lead tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, CRM integrations) to ensure accurate attribution.
• Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to nurture and convert leads more efficiently.
• Collaborate with web development and graphics teams to ensure the best results.
• Develop and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in lead generation PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads bidding strategies (Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Manual CPC) for lead gen.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Zapier, Callrail, GoHighLevel) and lead tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Deep understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing for lead conversion.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
