Senior Executive Purchase

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Purchase with 5–7 years of experience in procurement, including import operations. The role involves managing purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute purchase activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other required items.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors.
• Handle import procurement processes including documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and customs clearance.
• Resolve vendor disputes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted operations.
• Update procurement data in ERP / MIS systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, including import operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
