Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Senior Executive Quality Assurance

As a Senior Executive Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance as per defined Quality & Food Safety standards based on Regulatory compliance & System requirements. Also participate in implementing quality & hygiene compliance along with continuous improvement projects.


Things you will be doing as a Senior Executive Quality Assurance

  • Implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) Checks for all processes as per compliance requirements
  • Oversee activities of the QA lab, which involves analytical testing, sampling of semi-finished products, and lab maintenance
  • Verify all inspection procedures & reports. Also, ensure timely communication of inspection results to the concerned departments
  • Manage & update all product & process specifications, Calibration certificates & other reports of respective area in the QA share folder and in the Files
  • Manage consumable inventory. Also, ensure proper calibration, standardization, tagging, and documentation
  • Perform daily floor visit to verify all implemented Quality checks and cross-verify QA inspection reports, GMP compliance, control points (implemented)
  • Analyzing system gaps and proposing solutions to resolve them
  • Perform trend analysis & compile reports of GMP, NCs, Process controls, Supplier Evaluations to gauge opportunities for improvements
  • Provide training to staff (QA & cross-functional) on Inspection, Quality & Food Safety, Hygiene, Halal
  • Directly involved in all Quality, Food Safety, Halal & Regulatory audits.
  • Perform stores & FGS audit as per defined frequency to verify quality stock & storage practices being followed
  • Manage quality inspectors & analysts as per the given plan to support shift-based operations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders of cross-functional units (Production, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain & Administration)


What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s in Food Science or Chemistry / Food or Chemical Engineer
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Knowledge of food process & basic lab operations
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene requirements
