Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion:

  • Conduct post-demo follow-up calls with high-intent leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right courses.
  • Gather feedback and coordinate with the Teaching Operations team for improvements.
  • Ensure smooth closure of sales including payment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer delight.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi preferred.
  • Confidence, resilience, and strong active listening skills.
  • Passion for building relationships and creating impact.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or music-related industries is a plus.
