Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Sales is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the overall growth of real estate and construction projects. The role involves handling high-value clients, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth sales execution
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate or construction sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
