Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Sales is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the overall growth of real estate and construction projects. The role involves handling high-value clients, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth sales execution
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation
- Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate or construction sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
