Position: Senior Executive - Sales Operations ( Delhi - Contract)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Sales Operations and Administration team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and customers, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales operations activities including order execution tracking, monitoring material movement, and assisting in payment collection.

Coordinate with customers to understand payment terms and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.

Foster strong, professional relationships with customers to support long-term engagement.

Liaise with internal teams such as finance, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Closely follow up with the operations team to provide regular updates on material dispatch and delivery status.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or sales support roles.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Prior experience in a large, structured organization preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and engage effectively with clients.

Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
