Senior Executive - SAP Basis

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Executive - SAP Basis is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems to

ensure optimal performance and availability. System security and users’ administration also are of his key duties.

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with proven expertise in SAP NetWeaver

and other relevant SAP technologies. Oracle DB knowledge is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments, ensuring high

availability and performance of SAP applications.

• Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage to enhance system efficiency.

• Lead and support SAP upgrade projects, including system migrations and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other applications and to align SAP solutions with business objectives.

• Implement and enforce SAP best practices and security policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Coordinate and execute system backups and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity and availability.
