Allure Digital [www.alluredigital.net] is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency based in New York, serving clients across the USA & Canada. We're seeking a full-time Senior SEO Executive for our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, analytical, and strategic, with a strong ability to conduct research and develop effective SEO strategies to drive client success. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of SEO, including performance, analysis, and outreach. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, BrightLocal, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console is essential.

Seniority Level: Mid-Level (3-5 Years)

Responsibilities

• Actively lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and content strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, online research, and competitor analysis to identify high-impact keywords and opportunities for growth.

• Develop and implement organic search strategies as directed by the Head of SEO, with a focus on measurable results.

• Perform in-depth site analysis, covering on-page and off-page factors, to identify areas for optimization.

• Manage local SEO tasks, including audits, GBP management, updates, and optimize local pages to enhance visibility.

• Build and execute strategic outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks, including competitor backlink analysis and relationship building with authoritative websites.

• Optimize websites for technical SEO elements, including site speed, schema markup, mobile usability, and crawlability.

• Collaborate with content teams to align SEO goals with high-quality content production that drives engagement and rankings.

• Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to refine strategies continually.

• Prepare reports on SEO performance, insights, and strategies, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills & Tools

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics effectively.

• Proficient in using SEO tools like SEMrush, BrightLocal, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console.

• Expertise in web tracking tools such as Google Analytics and advanced SEO analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
