Summary
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking SEO Expert to lead the evolution of our search strategy from traditional SEO to AI Search & Discovery. This role will focus on optimizing visibility not just in SERPs but across AI-powered platforms as well. The ideal candidate must be data-driven, proactive in identifying emerging trends, and experienced in both technical SEO and entity-based optimization strategies.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO and AI Search strategies to enhance visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

Conduct advanced keyword, entity, and conversational intent research to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize website structure, metadata, schema, and content formats for zero-click and AI answer inclusion.

Analyze performance data, derive insights, and proactively recommend improvements.

Lead search strategy discussions with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Collaborate with content, tech, and SEM teams to drive integrated performance improvements.

Support pitch presentations with search insights, trends, and innovation narratives.

Stay ahead of industry trends and AI search developments to continuously evolve strategies.
Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven success in organic search performance and a strong understanding of the evolving AI search landscape.
Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and AI SEO concepts

Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)

Ability to analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and translate them into strategic actions

Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and structured content optimization

Excellent communication and presentation skills to support pitches and client discussions
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
