Job Description – Senior Executive Stores

Location: Thane
Experience: 5–8 Years
Industry: Fire Protection Systems / Manufacturing

• Manage end-to-end stores operations for fire protection manufacturing, including raw materials, bought-out items, valves, pipes, fittings, panels, suppression systems, and project-specific materials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, identification, and preservation of fire safety equipment and components as per OEM, IS standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / other inventory modules), ensuring real-time updating of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Handle GRN creation, material issue, stock transfers, batch/serial number tracking, and documentation within ERP/SAP systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Projects, QA/QC, and Engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and site execution.
• Monitor minimum–maximum stock levels, control inventory variances, and track slow-moving and non-moving items through ERP reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation with ERP / SAP / Tally records and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, 5S practices, and statutory requirements within stores and warehouse areas.
• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure disciplined operations, proper documentation, and adherence to company processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
